To Enter, the presenter must be a CCMS Fellow, Resident, or Medical Student member.

Membership is free for all Fellows, Residents, and Medical Students in Clark County, Nevada.

Each work must be original and not have been previously published.

The abstract standard will be up to 300 words – not including title, author, email or school.

Required font: Arial 12pt

Two Categories: Fellow/Resident & Medical Student.

Each primary/presenting author may submit a maximum of two abstracts.

Please paste your submitted abstracts in the four boxes containing the following labeled information: Background, Methods, Results, Conclusions.

If you are submitting a case presentation for a virtual poster, use the following format: Background, Case Presentation, Conclusions.

Please also email your abstract in a word document to: Communications@clarkcountymedical.org

Poster submission due January 19, 2024.

Presentations will begin on February 3, 2024 at 9:00am PST

The contest will be held virtually, and include single slide presentations up to three minutes, with a two minute Q/A follow up.

Cash prizes will be awarded to the top three fellows/residents and top three medical students. 

Award amounts: $500 first place, $300 second place, and $200 third place.

Please login 30-minutes prior to the event to test out your mic and camera.

There will be no changes to the schedule order or presenters.
