EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR ALEXANDRA P. SILVER

Alexandra P. Silver now serves as Executive Director for Clark County Medical Society. With more than a 20-year career in operations, program management and event planning in the non-profit and private sector plus years of nonprofit leadership experience, Silver is honored to be a part of the CCMS team.

Alexandra received her undergraduate degree from the Kent State University and is a passionate Ohio State and Yankees fan.  Sitting on other boards and committees, she is a committed  member of the community, and currently resides in Summerlin, with her husband Damien with their twin daughters and their beloved Shi Tzu, Lola.

Sarina Rohrig, Membership & Engagement Coordinator

Originally from the Reno, NV area, Sarina has resided in Southern Nevada for over 30 years. She has an undergraduate degree in Healthcare Administration with a focus in Healthcare Management. With a varied medical sales background, in addition to being actively involved with many area nonprofits, Sarina is excited to be a part of the CCMS team. She is looking forward to growing CCMS membership and promoting the organizations' vision within our community.

Sarina has adult three children and one grandson. Being an avid horse enthusiast, she is a certified Equine Specialist that enjoys volunteering and riding with the Boulder City Mounted Posse. She further enjoys competitive cattle sorting.

 JOSH MACEACHERN - COMMUNICATIONS & MARKETING

JOSH MACEACHERN, COMMUNICATIONS & MARKETING COORDINATOR

Born and raised right here in Las Vegas, Josh MacEachern joined the CCMS team in 2018 and now works to make sure the community and our membership are aware of the many different benefits CCMS provides to physicians and the community as a whole.

Josh received his undergraduate degree in Strategic Communications from the University of Nevada, Reno campus, and is an accomplished bagpipe player who has competed not only in the US, but also at events in Ireland and Scotland. In his free time he volunteers as Executive Director of the Las Vegas Celtic Society and plays with his dog Lucy.
